Aegis Worldwide LLC, recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Central Indiana, is seeking an entry level Account Executive to join our sales team. Our company averaged 50% growth over each of the last four years, and we are on pace to continue that growth trend again this year. Aegis Worldwide provides our customers Human Resources consulting, contract, and permanent placement services in the Manufacturing, Civil/Structural, and Environmental Industries.
As an entry level Account Executive, you will be involved with our Sr. team throughout the process of prospecting through completion of sale. We have an excellent training program, so prior experience in our industry is not necessary. Due to our rapid growth, we also have excellent opportunity for advancement in to Management level roles.

Requirements
Qualifications
• No more than 2 years of experience in inside or outside sales, (New graduates encouraged to apply)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Should have an overachieving mentality
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
