CONTINGENCY PLACEMENT (PERMANENT HIRE)
Contingency placement is a permanent hire for all skill sets and levels of experience. Payment consists of a pre-determined percentage of the employee's first year salary.
RETAINED SEARCH (PERMANENT HIRE)
Certain positions call for unique skill sets or a higher level of expertise. Filling these positions requires priority status and extra resources to locate and attract the ideal candidate. In these cases, a portion of the fee is due up front with the remainder due upon candidate acceptance.
TEMP TO HIRE
This option allows both client and candidate the opportunity to ensure optimal placement. The candidate works on a short-term contract at the end of which, you have the option to hire on a permanent basis.
CONTRACT
Contract services allow you to handle individual projects, business surges or growth spurts. Offered for all levels of experience, contract services facilitate access to technical expertise with a minimal amount of training.
